1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
- The item is not as described on our website.
- You received the wrong item.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind purchases (unless the item is unopened and in original condition).
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
