1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
• The item is not as described on our website.
• You received the wrong item.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind purchases (unless the item is unopened and in original condition).
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

2. Proof of Purchase
To process a return or exchange, you must provide:

• Your order number or receipt.
• Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable).

3. Return Process

• Contact Us via email within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
• We will assess your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
• Return the item in its original packaging (unused, with tags attached).
• Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the mutually agreed destination bank account within 5–7 business days.
• Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
